Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting business analysis to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies and to support efforts to ensure consistency and efficiency. The resource may support teams responsible for implementation of initiatives with basic to moderate complexity that affect multiple functional areas within the division. Supports efforts to track progress of the division’s activities to goals. (IT) Positioned at the intersection of technology delivery and business operations, this position is responsible for supporting alignment across enterprise leaders to the divisional strategy. This position supports IT Division efforts to analyze, plan, and execute on IT strategy in support of the business plan. Assists initiative leads in documenting and conducting analysis of processes and defining metrics needed to measure process success. The resource may support teams responsible for implementation of initiatives with basic to moderate complexity that affect multiple functional areas within the division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and 1 year experience OR 5 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
  • Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.
  • Analytical and information synthesis skills
  • Verbal and written communication and organization skills
  • Experience with changing assignments and priorities
  • PC proficiency to include MS Office products
