Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Broker to support the brokerage team with both administrative and client focused tasks. This role will help ensure smooth operations by assist with the processing of quotes, binders, and policy issuance. This role will also require communicating with our agent and carrier partners coordinating the execution of these transactions.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, or related field)
• 2-20 insurance license or the willingness to obtain such license within 90 days
• Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Assist broker in preparing proposals, quote, binders, and additional presentations if necessary
• Coordinate and maintain accurate records of the above-named proposals as well as other critical documentation
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, & third parties to gather information and follow up on requests.
