This role focuses on identifying and pursuing less complex opportunities, providing pre-sales support, and helping drive interest through prospecting and follow-up. You may refer opportunities to Producers or independently close select business as appropriate.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Eagerness to learn the wholesale insurance brokerage business
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Working knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients and new business opportunities
  • Support Producers with prospecting, outreach, and follow-up on sales calls
  • Maintain and update prospect, pipeline, and CRM databases
  • Identify less complex risks and determine appropriate products or services
  • Provide pre-sales support, including basic risk review and data collection
  • Refer qualified opportunities to Producers or close select business independently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful placement and client service
