About The Position

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be responsible to lead our gifting and customization process and support in our demand creation plans via influencers, paid media and events. You will work with the brand managers to define the plans to grow your brand and execute them with excellence. We are looking for a result-minded candidate who will drive the business as if it was their own with excellent collaborative and project management skills to support core brand and influencer marketing projects.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of US marketing experience; Previous Digital/Influencer Marketing experience preferred
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field of study.
  • CPG or Beauty experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills: verbal, written, storytelling, etc.
  • Strong operational and project management skills: operates with end result in mind, able to plan and follow through multiple tasks in a timely manner, meets deadlines, flags issues/ barriers proactively, and applies a solution-oriented mindset
  • Analytical thinking & problem solving: Ability to analyze complex and multiple data to develop insights and barriers to growth and propose solutions and action plans to fix; Affinity with numbers
  • Ownership: Acts as owner of the business, drives projects with some autonomy and holds self accountable for results; reapplies learnings and seeks opportunities to improve processes and tasks
  • Builds collaborative relationships with teams internally and externally
  • Embraces change: open to change and is flexible and adaptable; open to feedback and coaching to constantly improve

Responsibilities

  • Leads the Gifting and Promo Packs customization process with excellence, works in partnership with internal teams (Trade marketing, Design, Supply and Customization)
  • Identifies and reports on key performance indicators to show value generated on digital marketing programs.
  • Collaborates with the global team to create necessary assets for the brand and with trade marketing and sales team, providing necessary assets to ensure successful sell-in to retailers
  • Supports Influencer Marketing program analytics and activation of brand organic communities
  • Evaluates plan effectiveness regularly and recommends improvements
  • Monitors brand consumption and purchase dynamics via in depth market data analysis (Kline, Nielsen data pull and analysis), competitive activities, consumption, and purchase dynamics (Nielsen data, media tracker, promotional tracker)
  • Recommends actions to grow further / faster and adjust vs. category and competition evolution
  • Other duties as assigned
