As an Associate Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategic and tactical brand plans that drive growth and innovation. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on brand development and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to manage budgets and interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Malibu's annual brand plan, including P&L management and performance analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver breakthrough consumer-centric programs across digital, social, and retail channels.
• Assist in creating and launching innovation initiatives in collaboration with the Innovation Hub.
• Coordinate brand content creation for campaigns and always-on marketing, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
• Track and analyze business performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Manage vendor purchase orders and monitor A&P budget to ensure financial accountability.
• Contribute to Malibu's multicultural and inclusion strategy and support commercial execution across On- and Off-Premise channels.
