As the fastest growing company in the therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on an Associate Billing Success Manager (BSM) who will serve as a Prompt billing expert to customers via our support channel and during customer onboarding and will be an integral part of our BSM team. This role is an unprecedented opportunity to have an immense impact on our industry leading Customer Success Team that ranks 81 Net Promoter Score points higher than our competition (in other words, people love Prompt). We’re looking for someone scrappy, willing to bring new ideas, take on big challenges, and is into doubling down on what works. The expectation for this role is that once you complete our comprehensive Billing Success Manager Onboarding (3-6 months), you’ll become a full Billing Success manager, ready for all BSM duties listed below. We’re doing something special here and this role will be critical in taking Prompt to the next level. Our expectation of the role is that you will be an expert on the Prompt platform in order to provide training and process implementation to the billing team members who use Prompt. You will work with both third-party billing organizations who provide billing services for Prompt clients and the in-house billing teams that bill out of Prompt for their practice. You play an essential role in helping teams cater processes and best practices on Prompt to ensure they have everything they need to be successful.
