About The Position

Vivrelle is looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Associate, Billing & Fraud to support the billing and payment experience of our members. In this role, you will assist with billing-related inquiries, help resolve payment issues, and work closely with the Membership Experience and Fraud teams to ensure member concerns are handled quickly and accurately. This role is highly operational and member-facing, requiring strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

1-2 years of customer service or billing support
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
Calm, professional communicator comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations
Customer-focused and brand-obsessed
Strong ownership mentality
Positive, solution-oriented attitude
AI curious, interested in helping Vivrelle evolve our billing process
Experience in subscription, membership, or luxury service environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Respond to member billing inquiries and payment-related questions quickly and professionally
Assist with managing past-due accounts, payment follow-ups, and resolution processes
Communicate with members regarding billing questions, disputes, and payment options
Support payment extension requests or structured solutions when appropriate
Track billing issues and payment failures
Partner with the Fraud and Operations teams to assist in resolving complex billing or account cases
Support payment troubleshooting
Help maintain internal billing workflows, documentation, and response guidelines
Assist in member application process
