You will work closely with our senior partners and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Utah State Bar (or Arizona)
Experience practicing personal injury law
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
Proven track record of successful settlements and verdicts
Experience with case management software and technology

Responsibilities

Investigate and gather evidence related to personal injury cases, including police reports, medical records, and witness statements
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach a settlement agreement
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Attend depositions and conduct witness interviews
Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their case
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop legal strategies and arguments
Maintain accurate and complete case files and documentation
