Lead revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, packaging, and promotional planning across all ticketed sports. Identify and implement new revenue streams, dynamic pricing models, and data-driven sales initiatives. Collaborate with development, sponsorship, NIL, and external relations teams to maximize integrated revenue opportunities. Departmental Impact & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a senior leader within the Athletics Department, contributing to strategic planning and institutional initiatives. Align ticket sales and marketing efforts with brand positioning, communications strategy, and game-day operations. Provide revenue analytics and performance insights to senior administration. Ensure marketing campaigns support attendance goals, donor engagement, student participation, and community outreach. Staff Development & Talent Pipeline Directly supervise ticket sales and marketing staff. Develop clear performance metrics, accountability systems, and professional development plans. Mentor emerging leaders and establish a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results. Operational Efficiency & Systems Optimization Evaluate and refine ticketing systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and marketing workflows to increase efficiency. Standardize sales processes, call campaigns, and lead management practices. Implement automation, segmentation strategies, and data tracking to improve productivity and ROI. Oversee budget management and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations. Identify redundancies and streamline internal processes to maximize staff output. Marketing & Fan Engagement Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and in-venue channels. Utilize fan data to enhance targeting, retention strategies, and lifetime value. Drive attendance initiatives for priority sports while supporting broad-based program visibility. Enhance game-day atmosphere in collaboration with game operations and fan experience teams. Manage all premium season and single game sales inventory including suites and clubs and innovate inventory opportunities and revenue growth strategies.
