About The Position

Column Technical Servies is seeking an Associate Analyst to step into a role where your technical insight and problem‑solving skills directly shape how systems, workflows, and technology support the business in New York, NY. This opportunity is hybrid, requiring occasional in office visits approximately a couple of times per month. We are ONLY considering local applicants from NY and NJ. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing complex challenges, designing scalable solutions, and collaborating across teams to improve processes. You'll work hands‑on with system configuration, testing, and documentation while contributing to meaningful technology initiatives that keep the organization moving forward. Job Summary Analyzes complex business challenges and develops solutions through technology, system integration, and workflow optimization. Identifies gaps in current processes and provides technical expertise to support the development of functional specifications, ensuring systems and procedures scale effectively and cost‑efficiently. Configures system settings and options, and plans and executes unit testing to ensure alignment with business requirements. Designs and documents detail technological solutions. May provide user consultation on technology-related matters and may lead cross‑functional teams to resolve business or system issues. May support the creation and maintenance of automated testing scripts, reports, code, and business logic. Builds and maintains relationships with technology vendors as needed. Demonstrates foundational professional knowledge with some applicable, hands‑on experience. Contributes effectively to assigned tasks and responsibilities. Participates in technical discussions at the task level.

Requirements

Four (4) years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
