About The Position

In this role, you will support the identification and resolution of contract pricing discrepancies from purchase order transactions and vendor data on behalf of multiple clients. You will perform data review, assist with discrepancy resolution, and document supporting information.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of purchase or spend history desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basis data analysis functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review transactional and vendor data and applying contract pricing rules to identify and validate potential contract pricing discrepancies.
• Assist in prioritizing vendor overpayment recovery opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather required documentation such as contract approval information and/or supplier confirmation.
• Support communication efforts with vendors through drafted correspondence or follow-up under supervision, helping to resolve discrepancies.
• Track and update recovery status in PDR tools and databases to ensure visibility of progress.
• Prepare charts, tables, and reports that summarize findings in accordance with established guidelines.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business processes and requirements.
• Escalate unresolved or complex cases to manager for further review.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements by sharing observations and suggesting enhancements to current workflows and tools.
