Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Good communication, collaboration, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team.
  • Ability to provide input to help problem solve.

  • 1+ year experience: financial analysis experience

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analytics: Collaborate with IT Finance Team and IT Leaders to develop, analyze and create the annual plan and forecasts for the corporate mobility program. Provides analysis for variances of forecasts, publishes updates, and manages issues to closure. Provide financial support/coordination, and analytical guidance to cost center owners. Manage monthly accruals and reclasses as needed, prepare monthly journal entries for the General Ledger. Work with IT Fanicial team to enhance or simplify existing controls and processes. Address day to day issues/questions to Mobility Help mailbox. Review, investigate, and ensure correction of errors and inconsistencies in financial information. Ensure IT meets financial deadlines and adheres to all Carnival Financial policies and procedures.
  • Tool Administration and Automation: Assist in admin functions for Tangoe. Perform HRIS downloads each week to ensure eligible people are in the Tangoe portal. Assist with troubleshooting application issues. Test the accuracy of new integrations and automation. Collaborate with the Backoffice Automation team to test, and implement automation and dashboards (i.e. scorecards, KPIs).
  • Project Coordination: Participates in financial projects. Help with the creation of project schedules, assist in issue resolution, and track deliverables to completion.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes. Document processes and financial controls.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
