Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Data Analytics, or equivalent work experience
• 2 - 4 years of experience in HR/Data
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Fountain) is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication, follow through, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis:
• Gather and compile HR data from various sources.
• Skilled in data cleaning/massaging, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data.
• Researching and resolving data issues, which could include reaching out to HRBPs for data corrections.
• Support compliance/government reporting by ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Compliance:
• Willingness to learn regulations for Federal Contractors to ensure HR practices align with employment laws, company policies, and regulations for Federal Contractors by monitoring data related to compliance efforts.
• Misc:
• Poster Compliance
• Help desk tickets
• Unemployment hearings
• Translations
• Global Holiday Calendar
• Other departmental needs as required
