Associate Analyst Cohort Koddi is excited to announce two Analyst Cohort programs - one launching on February 2, 2026, and a second beginning on June 8, 2026. These intensive 8-week training programs are designed for recent graduates with Marketing, Business, or Analytics degrees, as well as those who have completed Data Analytics bootcamps. Participants will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Data Analysis at Koddi, along with instructor-led and self-paced leadership development opportunities throughout the program and beyond. Program Highlights: Beginning February 2nd and June 8th , 2026, both running 8 weeks long Work with industry-leading experts to gain hands-on knowledge and experience Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Koddi business Have the opportunity to share and present ideas with team members Participate in leadership workshops and soft skill development Receive executive mentorship and peer-to-peer support throughout the program

Requirements

  • Analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights
  • Graduating with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Data Science or Analytics or successful completion of relevant bootcamp coursework
  • Graduation/Bootcamp completion date no later than May 2026
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics tools, like Excel, for evaluating, modeling, and interpreting complex data.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in both independent and team environments.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex information and trends to clients and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in data visualization to present actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with high collaboration
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Availability to be onsite for the duration of the program Monday-Friday in our Fort Worth office
  • Availability to work Full Time after the cohort program

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver client requirements
  • Communicate with clients regularly to deliver insights on trends and strategic recommendations for growth
  • Solve complex business and technical problems by collecting, aggregating, and analyzing data from multiple sources, diagnosing issues, and driving solutions that support larger business objectives
  • Work with a team of client strategy, data, and technology professionals to drive cross-functional projects, ensuring scalable and repeatable outcomes for client success
