Role and Impact: The Global Event Marketing team’s mission is to support the firm in delivering industry leading, experience-led events that drive commercial and reputational results. We’re looking for an Event Marketer that has proven experience in event strategy, project management, content strategy, and experiential marketing to support the Family Capital business – serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and next-generation investors—through highly curated, relationship-driven event experiences. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, translating commercial priorities into differentiated event strategies and experiences. As the events landscape continues to evolve, you will also be responsible for proactively researching new trends across all event formats and identifying new activation opportunities that are relevant to the Family Capital business.

Requirements

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into event strategies that drive measurable outcomes (e.g., client engagement, relationship deepening, pipeline influence)
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of private markets, wealth management, or Family Capital dynamics
  • Ability to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities within a broader events ecosystem
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance event strategy, content development, audience targeting, and post-event insights—demonstrating curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • 8+ years of related experience in Event Marketing / Brand / Experiential Activations
  • Experience leading and influencing at all cross-functional levels of an organization
  • Excellent communicator – verbally and written – with refined executive presence
  • Willing to travel for In-Person activations, as needed (approximately 20%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including OneDrive, in addition to event technology platforms – i.e. Cvent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on the events pipeline for the Family Capital team – including experience design, proposing new activation concepts, opportunities for content amplification, and more.
  • Lead &/or support 4+ mid-high complexity events each year – including project management, oversight of the broader working group, content development, creative development, experiential activations, amplification strategies, project plans, budgets, and more.
  • Partner with business stakeholders in developing Event Briefs - ensuring events are directly aligned to commercial outcomes, including relationship deepening, client engagement, and pipeline generation.
  • Design and deliver a mix of high-touch, curated experiences (e.g., private roundtables, next-gen forums, thought leadership salons, and bespoke activations) tailored to the Family Capital audience.
  • Have a holistic understanding of the broader Global Events Calendar and identify opportunities for potential synergy, cross-collaboration, and content syndication within your business function.
  • Measure and optimize event impact using defined measurement framework (e.g., attendee quality, engagement, content reach, and contribution to commercial outcomes)
