Providing knowledgeable and responsive assistance in helping patients and prospective patients access and navigate SLHS services and programs. First point of contact for these individuals directing them to the right resources and problem solving the right answer to their particular challenge issue or need. Guiding them to the right resources to meet their needs. Tracking demographic information and entering that information into a database where appropriate. This position works in a call center type enviornment. This requires excellent communication skills, superb relationship building skills, resourcefulness, flexibility, patience and the maturity. It is considered a pivotal role in our public relations effort to reinforce SLHS as the regional leading health care provider.
