The Associate Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the department’s daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This position provides centralized management of office functions, including record keeping, data entry, purchasing, and financial activities. The role also delivers front-line customer service, clerical and secretarial support, and coordination of special projects. This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position.
