About The Position

Persistent Systems is looking for an Associate Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and converting UxS lead funnel opportunities. You will also be responsible for capturing business, managing high revenue accounts, and assisting with programmatic measures to ensure that customers receive the best products and services available for their needs. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and implementing strategies that will expand Persistent Systems’ customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience with DoD customers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) and Network theory
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%-50% of the time
  • Must have a United States security clearance or the ability to obtain a United States security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing existing ecosystem partners and identifying potential new partners
  • Developing sales strategies and unique selling propositions to meet sales targets
  • Collaborating with Sales and Engineering to identify new development opportunities
  • Developing and retaining existing customer relationships by presenting solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Managing all aspects of ecosystem partner sales through the pre-sales stage
  • Creating business proposals and managing the product sales life cycle
  • Identifying industry and marketing events and trade shows that will provide opportunities to expand the company’s customer base
  • Travel to customer sites and trade shows to identify new business opportunities and strengthen current customer relationships
  • Conducting presentations for large groups of internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhering to established sales-administrative processes that allow for the transparent flow of communication between sales and internal operations teams
