About The Position

As an Associate Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day activities of the T-Mobile client. This role will help own and build relationships with key clients and partners while also working with cross-functional teams that bring a wealth of knowledge to each project. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of client campaigns, you will cover everything from implementation to internal and external quality assurance, including effective delivery of the finalized product. You will be exposed to and build skills relative to three core areas of our operations: Account Engagement, Account Delivery, and Business Operations.

  • Digitally savvy and curious within today's media and technology environment: including social platforms, mobile, data, online advertising
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an active, positive, and productive working relationship with the client and agency partners
  • Develop a strong rapport with internal cross functional teams to inspire trust, collaboration, and productivity
  • Work to understand and master the processes and procedures designed to support the execution of client deliverables within the mobile app environment
  • Oversee timelines and track milestones of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop creative briefs and lead internal team kick offs
  • Manage project details, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and client and legal approvals are communicated to internal teams
  • Monitor the deliverables of cross functional teams (Creative, Operations, etc.) to agreed upon timelines
  • Coordinate and participate in internal and client meetings ensuring notes and takeaways are distributed
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of client's business, industry, category, and marketing research
