About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Associate Account Executive. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management within the insurance or risk management industry.
• Strong understanding of client business, risk management, and insurance needs.
• Ability to lead teams, monitor performance, and take corrective actions to meet client and company expectations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in claims management and negotiation of claim settlements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the preparation, management, and achievement of business plans and goals to drive team and account success.
• Maximize team and account profitability through efficient work practices, accurate client billing, and sensible expense control.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key client decision makers, staying informed of organizational changes to protect and grow client relationships.
• Lead the planning and implementation of renewal and broking strategies, ensuring renewal performance meets targets.
• Oversee claims management strategies for complex or large claims, assisting in negotiations to achieve equitable settlements.
