The Assistant Account Executive is a hybrid role that supports both client leadership and project delivery. You will be trained across account and project management, building the foundational skills needed to contribute effectively to both the strategic and operational sides of the business. You are responsible for providing day-to-day tactical support, translating client requests into actionable next steps, and helping senior team members maintain strong client relationships. You will juggle multiple priorities, capture accurate meeting notes, schedule meetings, update status reports and timelines, and track and manage account finances. You bring a mature, steady presence, listen well, and take a hands-on approach to solving problems while staying calm under pressure.
