Account Supervisor, Client Leadership
About The Position
Dentsu Creative is a global creative agency network built to unlock exponential growth for clients through Transformative Creativity. We bring together strategy, creative, social, and experience design to drive meaningful impact for brands, businesses, and culture. We are seeking an Account Supervisor to lead one of Dentsu Creative’s most visible accounts. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day client relationship and coordinate cross-functional teams across social, creative, strategy, influencer, and production. You will oversee multi-stream creative programs and help elevate the work through clear communication, strong judgment, and a trusted-advisor mindset. This is a hybrid role based in our New York office and reports to the VP, Client Leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client leadership, ideally within an agency environment
- 2+ years of experience working on social and digital programs
- Familiarity with brand-led creative work and integrated campaigns
- Experience managing multiple projects and work-streams simultaneously
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, strategy, and production teams
- Sound judgment when making decisions that impact clients, teams, and the business
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage ongoing communications
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope
- Identify opportunities to grow the account and add value for the client
- Proactively flag risks and recommend solutions to mitigate issues
- Contribute to scopes of work, account reviews, and client presentations
- Coordinate across departments and engage the right resources at the right time
- Develop and present recommendations and points of view that support business goals
- Support financial oversight, including budgeting, billing, and forecasting
- Partner with account leadership and project teams to ensure consistent execution
