As a Canvass Supervisor, you’ll knock on doors alongside your team, schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team (no closing required). Compensation Uncapped performance bonuses Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses $22.50/hour base pay

Requirements

Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role
Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Available Monday – Saturdays
A valid driver’s license and
A good driving record is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Lead & Motivate the Team
Support and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly goals
Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to help team members improve their performance
Lead by example through a strong work ethic and positive energy in the field
Recruit & Build the Team
Assist with recruiting new canvassers
Conduct phone screenings and interviews
Help onboard and train new team members so they are set up for success
Operations & Field Support
Track daily canvassing activities and team performance
Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development
Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers to and from neighborhoods
