Role: The Associate Account Director is the senior leader responsible for driving the growth, retention, and overall success of a portfolio of high-value client relationships. Acting as the strategic partner and escalation point for Account Managers, the AD ensures that client needs are met with proactive solutions, data-driven insights, and a structured approach to account management. The AD works closely with internal stakeholders—Sales, Product, Trading, and Leadership—to align business priorities, identify expansion opportunities, and optimize platform usage to drive long-term revenue.
