We are seeking an experienced senior level digital marketing professional with leadership experience(s) to autonomously manage cross-regional teams for our influencer marketing practice, serving as a high-level client facing liaison, often acting as a point of escalation for the AP and client teams. The successful candidate will have strong experience in developing and managing successful, KPI-driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies. They will have working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape, including affiliate, and the ability to both direct comprehensive strategy as well as capably lead, manage, and hold teams accountable. This person will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client service is being delivered to drive client happiness, retention, and growth KPIs. This person will also be responsible for team happiness, coaching and developing direct reports on client service and communication best practices, team retention, staffing and resourcing. Another key focus will be monitoring for wider trends and ensuring synergies and alignment, constantly looking for areas to improve processes and establish best practices.
