About The Position

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled associate scientists to support assay development and testing of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. This hands-on role includes conduct of experiments with a variety of immune and bioassays designed to elucidate the pharmacological activities of intended therapeutics and proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical instruments.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related discipline.
  • Required Experience and Skills: A working knowledge of basic laboratory techniques in life science
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work effectively with peers in R&D and other departments.
  • Must have good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Hands-on experience in assay development for biological therapeutics
  • Knowledge and experience with different type of immune and bioassays
  • In this role, you will spend 75% of the time in our Lincoln Lab and 25% of the time at our Elkhorn site.

Responsibilities

  • With minimal supervision, perform immune and bioassays for characterization of biological activities of therapeutic antibodies
  • Participate in project teams and provide testing support to cross-functional teams.
  • Perform routine laboratory work and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment.
  • Document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in laboratory notebooks and technical reports.
  • Present findings and progress updates to project teams and stakeholders.
