Details about the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing position we are hiring for: The Northeast Regional Director of Sales and Marketing supports the Regional Director of Operations in an effort to achieve regional business goals with an emphasis on occupancy increase and revenue enhancement and WOW! Culture Development. The position provides guidance/direction to Executive Directors and community employees in the development of comprehensive and strategic sales/ marketing campaigns in VT, RI, NY, PA and DC. The position also implements systems, standards, and programs that will enhance the Region’s and the Communities’ ability to enhance community and corporate image.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Must have 3-5 years sales/marketing experience
  • Must live within reasonable travel distance to VT, RI, NY, PA and DC
  • Must be able to travel 50 - 75% of the time
  • Two (2) years of experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry preferably facilities specializing in Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care, preferred
  • Must have direct sales experience with demonstrated results
  • Must have strong management and supervisory skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, state hospitals and general public.
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
  • Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to serve as a positive role model and spokesperson.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while establishing appropriate priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves
