Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; perfect for college student!
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to waterparks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Perfect for college student, flexible scheduling, evening and weekends. Year round position!

Responsibilities

• Assist the Waterpark Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
• Oversee guest safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and training programs for new hires.
• Manage inventory and supply orders for waterpark amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor park cleanliness and maintain operational standards.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
• Support marketing efforts to enhance guest engagement and attendance.
