Requirements

Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with demonstrated leadership potential.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
Ensure proper labeling, organization, and inventory control.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to lead and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and efficiency among the team.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and replenishments.
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in stock management.
Work with the Warehouse Manager to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Support efforts to streamline receiving, storage, and distribution procedures.
Assist in coordinating shipments with suppliers and vendors, resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Collaborate on vendor relationships to optimize pricing and service.
