Requirements

  • This position may require flexible work schedules that is within a 24/7 work environment.
  • This position requires experience in Leadership, Management, demanding Accountability and a high degree of Training and Teaching abilities, to lead the entire team to successfully comply with all food safety rules and regulations.
  • Maintain proper receiving logs to check temperatures, expiration dates, damages and record receiving and use by dates for CCP1 documentation.
  • Accountable for walking all storing and delivery areas to check for process compliance and cleanliness.
  • Rotate facilitation of Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) and Safety Circle briefings.
  • Attend and ensure Daily Shift Huddles occur.
  • Expected to submit weekly Continuous Improvement (CI) events that include specific visual and documented organizational benefits.
  • Support as backup to Warehouse Manager when necessary.
  • Must submit an End of Shift Report daily to distribution list.

Nice To Haves

  • Airline Catering industry knowledge is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
