Requirements

• No experience required
• Bi-lingual - Spanish/English
• Positive upbeat and outgoing personality
• Self motivated
• Professional well-groomed personal appearance
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid in-state driver's license and with no major moving violations
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles including test drives
• Maintain a prospect development system
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business
• Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize to them quality and efficiency of service repair and maintenance available in our expert service department
• Service to sales, talking to service customers and converting them to purchase a vehicle, trading in the vehicle for service.
