This group is broadly responsible for branding, communications, strategic marketing initiatives, and driving growth for the corporate/institutional suite of businesses. Position Summary: The Assistant Vice President – Morgan Stanley at Work B2B Marketing will be responsible for supporting customer marketing efforts for Public and Private Equity Compensation corporate clients, including those utilizing Morgan Stanley, Shareworks, and Equity Edge Online platforms. This role is directly linked to assisting the Equity Relationship Management (RM) team in achieving their goal of retaining existing clients by consistently delivering value through initiatives that surprise and delight, while also demonstrating an understanding of client needs. The individual in this position will be an integral team member, contributing to strategy development, measurement, and other business needs. This role will be involved in several key aspects that will support the Morgan Stanley at Work organization including, but not limited to, development, coordination and execution of a global survey program, cross-sell / up-sell campaign development, partnering with key members of the RM organization and others across the business, managing day-to-day operational and administrative needs (legal and compliance reviews, project management tools (e.g. Workfront), updates to key partners, etc.), and serving as the main point of contact for the RM team.
