Requirements

  • Is known for their strong attention to detail and organization
  • Stands out for their exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Is recognized for their ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
  • Has experience in life insurance sales management
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing growth strategies for new business
  • Plan and manage relationships with key field organizations
  • Lead field‑related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures
  • Serve as a liaison with home office leaders on marketing and sales matters
  • Plan and implement field communications, marketing initiatives, and sales projects (product development, training curricula, etc.)
  • Maintain strong relationships with field management and agents
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding sales administration and marketing needs
  • Provide support to field management and deliver business solutions as needed
  • Conduct all business ethically and in compliance with company policies, regulations, and the Compliance Program
