About The Position

The Assistant Toddler Teacher partners with the Lead Teacher in a classroom of 12 students, ages 15 months - 36 months. This is a full-time, salaried non-exempt position in a year-round program starting as soon as possible (January 2026) . The hours are 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday .

Requirements

• Applicants must have experience working with Toddlers
• There is a physical requirement to the position, including but not limited to picking up and carrying a child up to 60 lbs and the mobility necessary to reach a child quickly in an emergency.
• Work will be conducted indoors and outdoors year-round.
• Successful candidates will be able to work in a collaborative teamwork atmosphere; have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; be well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to take responsibility for and follow through on projects assigned; ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; ability to see; ability to hear; and possess computer literacy.
