The Assistant Ticketing Manager supports all aspects of ticket operations for stadium concerts and special events. This role assists with ticketing event builds, box office operations, financial reconciliation, staff supervision, and client relationships while helping ensure seamless integrations with Ticketmaster products (Host, TM1, and Archtics), and AXS ticketing platforms. The Assistant Ticketing Manager works closely with the other members of the ticketing team to support efficient operations, maintain strong communication with promoters and partners, and deliver exceptional guest and client service.
