St. Julian Winery, Michigan’s oldest and largest winery, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our Rockford Tasting Room team. Requirements

A positive, hands-on leader who enjoys developing others
Strong sales skills with a passion for hospitality and guest service
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
Creative, energetic, and solutions-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and holiday availability required
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Must be 21 years or older

Nice To Haves

2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Wine knowledge or interest in learning more

Responsibilities

Partner with the Tasting Room Manager to oversee daily operations
Lead engaging wine tastings and support events that drive sales and guest engagement
Coach, mentor, and support team members to deliver exceptional service
Create and maintain eye-catching merchandising displays and promotions
Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience from start to finish
Assist with planning and executing wine events and community experiences
Step in as a leader on the floor, ensuring operations run efficiently
