About The Position

As an Assistant Swim Coach, you will report directly to the Head Coach. An Assistant Coach can carry out the vision of the Head Coach by conducting practices, motivating athletes, and providing students with proper stroke techniques. In this role, you will be coaching our Pre-Team and Bronze levels. Pre-Team students are learning how to swim all four competitive strokes legally, as well as other competitive skills such as flip turns, open turns, dives, and underwater kickouts. Bronze students are refining their stroke technique and beginning to use interval training to build endurance. We are a full-service swim school offering lessons from ages 4 months to adult. Our beautiful indoor year-round facility features a learn-to-swim pool and also a 5-lane lap pool with starting blocks. Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.
