The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is a founder-owned organization dedicated to helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder live their best lives. The organization's mission is to deliver top-quality, comprehensive, and individualized treatment programs through its network of trained behavior technicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and researchers, aiming to help every patient fulfill their potential and live joyful lives. The Assistant Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor Designee is responsible for the direct implementation of CARD treatment programs for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Under the guidance of CARD Supervisors, this role involves working with patients in various settings, including CARD centers, schools, and the community. Key responsibilities include overseeing the delivery and data collection of ABA procedures, assisting in the implementation and design of individualized programs, and performing additional administrative and clinical tasks as requested by the assigned Supervisor. Extensive initial and ongoing training in ABA therapy techniques and the CARD curriculum is provided.
