The Assistant Supervisor – Psychological Assessments provides day-to-day support, direction, and clinical supervision to Mental Health Clinicians who conduct various evaluations, including standardized assessments for intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in children and adults. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations, as well as specific test administration, scoring, and evaluation guidelines. The supervisor reviews evaluations for completeness and accuracy, processes them in the electronic health record (EHR) for timely billing, and facilitates specialized assessments such as Psychological, Autism, and Guardianship evaluations. Additionally, the position involves assisting leadership with staffing, scheduling, caseload management, and the professional development of Mental Health Clinicians. The Assistant Supervisor also collaborates with the psychological testing leadership team, other departments, multidisciplinary clinical teams, and external providers, while also performing duties of a Mental Health Clinician as needed to provide coverage or specialized assessments.
