The contractor shall assist the government in the enterprise assessment oversight program. The team shall assist in defining, building, and executing assessment plans and schedules; developing result reports; providing input supporting trend analysis; recommending special focus items in support of assessment criteria; establishing feedback methods for after-actions reporting; and track assessment issues and resolutions. Assessment products will aid in root cause analysis, operational certification, risk assessment across the enterprise, sustainment, modernization, and acquisition efforts.
