Coffee Creek Correctional Facility is seeking someone with a diverse background that includes extensive managerial experience and a thorough knowledge of sound correctional practices and the function of state government. Coffee Creek provides rehabilitation services to Adults in Custody and deals with the unique challenges of running Oregon’s only women’s facility and navigating workforce challenges. The Assistant Superintendent is a member of the leadership team for this 1,672-bed correctional facility. This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee the implementation of gender responsive practices at CCCF, ensuring the delivery of services and programs tailored to the unique needs of incarcerated women. This role requires a demonstrated commitment to gender responsive practices and trauma informed approaches to correctional management. The right person for this position has a passion for creating a better correctional system, working with staff, and investing in the community.
