YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER: As the Assistant Store Manager at Kwik Stop, you will begin your shift by greeting your team and reviewing the daily schedule. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records and inventory, ensuring seamless operations. Throughout the day, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions efficiently, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also play a crucial role in training and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and productive store environment. Each day, you will contribute to the store's success and positively impact the community.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a retail setting
- Cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for the 2nd shift
