About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Stop Loss Marketing Assistant – New Business to join the team! The Stop Loss Marketing Assistant- New Business, will work closely with the Stop-loss Strategy Managers to analyze quotes received from stop loss carriers, as well as compare the quotes to current rates/renewals to determine if they're competitive. The role will also create spreadsheets of viable quotes, enter all quotes into Sales Force, follow up with carriers as needed, request revisions, and assist with Stop-loss Strategy Manager requests. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years' experience in a support role within a business environment.
  • 1+ years of working in a medical or health insurance setting
  • Advanced knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Sales Force.
  • Math oriented and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Sales forms (Spreadsheets, pricing changes, Sales Force, etc.) and communicate to TPA services administration fee changes that come up during the quoting process.
  • Basic understanding of ASO process to ensure application of proper fees
  • Reviews quotes for broker or location specific RBP fees.
  • Run preliminary transplant quotes.
