About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Great Hills (North Austin) is hiring an Assistant Spa Manager. This role works closely with our Spa Associates at the front desk-answering phones, booking appointments, greeting guests, and selling memberships and spa packages. The Assistant Manager also helps keep daily operations running smoothly by supporting schedules, maintaining supplies, and assisting guests and service providers as needed.

Requirements

• Lead and support the daily operations of a high-volume spa
• Retail management and sales experience
• Genuine passion for people, service, and sales
• High energy and a positive approach to leadership
• Ability to handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Ability to coach and develop a team while also taking direction from the Spa Manager
• Strong organizational, planning, and computer skills
• Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skincare services
• Flexible availability: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of spa services and product lines
• Ability to balance coaching with corrective action when needed
