We’re looking for an Assistant Spa Manager who’s equal parts coach, problem-solver, and front-of-house pro. You’ll be hands-on with guests and the team while helping keep a high-volume spa running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, growth, and impact—not just a title.

Requirements

• A natural people-person with a sales mindset
• Experienced in retail management and/or customer-focused leadership
• Comfortable selling memberships (or excited to learn—training provided)
• Organized, dependable, and tech-savvy (booking systems a plus)
• Confident taking direction while also leading others
• Able to adapt, prioritize, and keep things moving during busy shifts
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily spa operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Work alongside Spa Associates at the front desk: answering phones, booking appointments, greeting guests, and selling memberships and packages
• Help manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and operational reporting
• Be a go-to resource for guest concerns and therapist questions—calm, confident, solutions-oriented
• Coach and motivate the front desk team while partnering closely with the Spa Manager
• Balance mentoring and accountability to keep standards high and the team aligned
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials with confidence and authenticity
