Requirements
- Experience in automotive service management or dealership operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills – you motivate, organize, and inspire.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping cool under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with dealership software and Microsoft Office.
- A genuine passion for customer satisfaction .
Responsibilities
- Leading & inspiring our team of service advisors and technicians to deliver top-notch service.
- Ensuring customers leave happy by resolving concerns and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Optimizing operations so our service department runs like a finely tuned machine.
- Supporting training and growth opportunities for our staff – help us build the next generation of automotive pros!
- Monitoring performance metrics and helping the Service Manager hit goals that matter.
