Requirements

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Advisor, or Service Writer
- Familiarity with CDK, Global Connect, and MyKaarma
Responsibilities
- Support Service Advisors with daily service lane operations
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in and write-ups
- Communicate repair status, timelines, and recommendations clearly
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep workflow moving
- Ensure repair orders (ROs) are accurate, complete, and closed efficiently
- Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
