About The Position

As the Assistant Security Shift Manager at Bellagio, you’ll help protect one of the most iconic destinations on the Strip, where elegance, luxury, and world-class experiences come together. You’ll lead your team with confidence, ensure every shift is fully staffed and operating flawlessly, and help create a secure, welcoming environment for guests and employees alike. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of direct security experience in a high-end resort/casino environment or law enforcement and/or military experience, with previous supervisory experience or in a team leader capacity preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Ability to maintain professionalism and master leadership abilities

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of direct security experience in a high-end resort/casino environment or law enforcement and/or military experience, with previous supervisory experience or in a team leader capacity preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
• Enforce company, local, state, and regulatory safety policies
• Manage security officers, support staff, and department operations
• Implement procedures, enforce policies, and provide coaching or discipline as needed
• Document incidents and ensure proper reporting and follow-up
• Respond to emergencies and reported threats
• Act as a liaison with outside agencies during security incidents
• Assist with and oversee onsite investigations as needed
• Address guest questions and concerns quickly and professionally
