The Assistant Security/BSA Officer serves as the designated backup to the Security/BSA Officer and is responsible for supporting and administering the Bank’s Information Security and BSA/AML programs. This role ensures continuity of operations in the absence of the Security/BSA Officer and assumes direct ownership of assigned program components, monitoring activities, reporting functions, and operational duties. This position also serves as the primary owner of fraud monitoring systems and related processes, conducts investigations, mitigates loss exposure, and implements process improvements to strengthen internal controls and customer protection. The position supports regulatory compliance with GLBA, FFIEC guidance, BSA/AML requirements, OFAC regulations, and other applicable federal and state banking regulations.
