About The Position

R&R Engineers Surveyors Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to step into a key support role on civil engineering projects. This role involves working closely with Project Managers, contributing technically, and helping to keep projects on track from design through construction, with a clear path to developing toward full project leadership.

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering
• EI required
• Experience in land development and civil site design
• Proficiency in Civil 3D
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with permitting and agency coordination
• Leadership potential with a collaborative, client-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

• PE (CO) preferred

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Coordinate teams, tasks, and day-to-day project activities
• Assist with site design (grading, utilities, drainage, permitting)
• Communicate with clients and agencies alongside Project Managers
• Help identify and resolve design or construction challenges
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, schedules, and billing support
• Review deliverables and support QA/QC efforts
• Mentor junior staff and assist with team coordination
